"Today, the 5th of November, 2026, as seen on Punch news, the Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified the leadership of David Mark, thereby invalidating ADC presidential candidate Abubakar Atiku and his vice, Amaechi Rotimi, from running for the 2027 Nigerian election."

https://punchng.com/breaking-court-sacks-mark-led-adc-nwc-nullifies-atikus-candidacy/?amp

The Judge that ruled over this nullification, Justice Peter Lifu has been seen to be a loyal dog to Minister Nyesom Wike thereby causing an internet sensation towards the APC trying all their best to bring down other opposition parties.

While on the other side, some NDC members are happy, as a few ADC members have been deflecting to NDC after the nullification of their party, making them have more hope on winning the Nigerian 2027 election.

Here’s where the big question comes in;
- Is this one of APC’s agenda?
- Will Abubakar Atiku accept this nullification ruled by the Federal High Court?
- Will Abubakar Atiku accept his fate and work with NDC(Peter Obi) to chase out APC(Bola Ahmed Tinubu) from the Presidential villa?

We will keep watching as more news unfold in the coming days, as we wait for the general Nigerian 2027 election coming up on the 16th of January, 2027.

Due to numerous threads that were being created because of the upcoming general election. A thread was recently created by @Charles-Tim. Where he appealed to us, that all intending threads and discussions about the election process in the country. As the news it keeps developing, should discussed in that particular thread. This is  to avoid creating similar threads in this board, thereby constituting spam.

This your thread should have been discussed there. So don’t be surprised when this thread won’t be getting any attention. If you want it to get more attention, take it to the thread I’m talking about. Below is the link.

Forget all this controversies atiku will surely be on the ballot, the apc led government does not have the power to conquer the north which is the reason his their main target, but the court rulling is not the final judgment everything will be in play before the end of the year
