XMRbx transfers between NexusCapital and CryptoTrade: firsthand experience?

I am comparing XMRbx/USDT on NexusCapital (nexuscapital.su) and CryptoTrade (cryptotrade.su). I noticed a difference in displayed prices, but have not confirmed that trades and transfers between the platforms can actually be completed.

Has anyone used both exchanges for this asset? I would appreciate firsthand information about compatible networks, working deposits and withdrawals, fees, transfer times and executable order-book depth. If you have already completed a transfer, what limitations did you encounter?

The transfer cannot be completed. Miners are required to record a transaction into a PoW-based blockchain. The XMRbx website states that this cryptocurrency can be mined on CPUs and smartphones, yet mining software is nowhere to be found. Without software, no one can mine. Without miners, there is no one to confirm the transfer.
