The Nigeria local board is more like a general board because, we don't speak one common language.
I think this part is what makes me still don't understand, why can Nigerian Locals write in two Languages in their local parts? i.e. English and their own Local Language? (correct if I'm wrong)

Which could be misused by someone who wants to prostitute themselves in that local forum.
And as far as I know no other local forum does the same, using two languages when posting in its local section.

Even like myself, I don't want someone who used to post on Local Indonesia, using English. because I think our local language is easier to understand by fellow local members.
The reason why it is so is that Nigeria has 250 ethnic groups, although some estimates put the number at 300. And the largest ethnic groups are housa, igbo and Yoruba. And other notable ethnic groups include:

Ijaw, Ogoni, Nupe, Efik, Isoko, Jukun, Ebira, Igala, Idoma, Urhobo, Edo(bini), Tiv, Gwari(Gbagyi),  Itsekiri, Ibibio, Kanuri, Fulani.

From what I have said above, you should understand that Nigeria is one of Africa's most ethically diverse countries with hundreds of ethnic groups, each having its own cultural practices, language and traditions.

Nigeria has between 500 and 520 indigenous language spoken across the country. I am sure that only few people can speak up to four languages, while the majority of us can speak our native language and one other language.

Personally, I speak only my native language, but I can understand igbo and housa language. And there are nigerians who are like this.

we who are nigerians know ourselves.

The high level of impersonators in Nigeria local board is just too much, if only we can implement using only our local language they will all stop posting in our local board.
While a person is writing in your local section in English, posing as a Nigerian, the first thing that comes to mind is that he is who he claims to be, right? Do not be offended in this case. We see what is in front of our eyes. If you make a general decision to write in the local language, then you will independently see those who write with errors, with errors that are not typical of a native speaker. Think about how users from the German section see those who don't fit into their community by constantly posting translations?

Therefore, as long as there are such "rules" for posting in your section, you will accept what pops up periodically in your section.

But people belonging to Pakistan were also caught in the German section, so you shouldn't generalize everything to one section; I totally agree.

People are the same everywhere; there are no separate bad and separate good. We respect everyone. And there are scammers and cheaters everywhere. Perhaps, as I wrote earlier, in people who are ready to cheat, the DNA code has undergone some changes at birth. Unfortunately.🤷‍♀️
This is true. we intend to assume everyone who writes on the Nigeria local board is Nigerian. However, there are few users I know who are not Nigerians but still post on the local board, e.g @JayJuanGee, @pooya87 and you.

If we only we could all agree to write in pidgin, I'm sure we will be able to identify those who are using translators and those who is not. This is because you need to understand pidgin to some extent before you can write in it. sometimes, I struggle to express myself in pidgin and my first ever attempt at writing in piggin is on the forum.

But the fact still remains that not everyone who posts on the Nigeria local board is Nigerian.

We opened a thread a few days ago, to put an end to the account farming.

I love this initiative, but honestly I think red-tags for AI posts is misuse of the trust system.  A neutral tag and reporting the posts is the proper way to deal with it.  If that doesn't change the OP's behavior, a sig-ban is sure to ensue.

The OP has been around longer than I have, and hasn't been very active.  It does reek of "farmed account".  Definitely worth keeping an eye on this one.

I'll have to have a closer look at some of the more recent (new) accounts in German local board. I noticed some weird language usage that doesn't align with a native speaker.

There's forum rule #27 where I question a bit the exemptions possible. I'd generally interpret it more or less to (for me at least): do not use automated translation tools in local boards. I very rarely see any need for it except for cheaters and pretenders.

If I ever had the need (rarely do) to post in a foreign local board, I'd use English language if it's not forbidden by local forum rules, unless I know the local foreign language good enough to give it a try (I'd still declare that I'm no native speaker and possibly used some language tools to not embarrass myself too much). I'd clearly state that I'm no local and why I used the language and why I posted in the location uncommon for me.

Speaking of German local board, I wouldn't have any issue if a foreign visitor (non-native German) posts in English because they've some good reason for the post. To my knowledge it's not forbidden there anyway but you should always respect a local board to remain primarily for locals.

...
I'm a bit between chairs if neutral or red tag is more appropriate. Deliberately trying to pretend and somewhat hide who you are, is a deception and dishonesty which sort of leaks into if a person can be viewed as trustworthy at all. I wouldn't want to conduct business with a deceiver.
