The problem most likely originated from your end. Because I had been browsing their site for the last couple of minutes, and every section loaded almost instantly. No slowness or lagging from my side.

I also talked with their support regarding a confusing I wanted to clear up, and I got their reply within a couple minutes.

That max bet amount is really low, for 100$ deposit to wager 3500$ we would need about 17500 spins at 0.2$

I might be wrong on this but I think the max bet amount is only for the 300 free spins and not for regular spins that count toward the wagering requirement. I read the full bonus terms and I stll found the wording a bit confusing, so as I said, I might be wrong and hopefully OP will clear this up.

Welcome Bonus & Wagering
The Welcome Package offers up to $5,000 + 300 FS across 4 deposits. Wagering is x35 on the bonus amount only, not the deposit + bonus.

Example: A $100 deposit gives a $150 Welcome Bonus. Required wagering: $150 x 35 = $5,250.

The first deposit offers 150% up to $1,500. The minimum qualifying deposit is $20.

Maximum Bet
The $0.20 shown in the Free Spins section is the fixed value of each promotional spin, NOT the maximum bet for cash bonus wagering.

The actual maximum bet during bonus wagering is 5 units in the account currency.

Maximum Withdrawal (x5)

- Cash Bonus: x5 of the credited bonus amount ($150 bonus = up to $750 maximum withdrawal).
- Free Spins: Winnings from FS are capped at 50 units in the account currency and have a separate x35 wagering requirement.
