Duelbits is not paying the wins... they just keep asking for personal info to prove the payments. can someone help me?

This isn't the right section to launch such complains, the gambling platform you're alleging against has an ANN thread in the forum, you can move it there or rather take it to scam accusations board if what you're alleging is anything to be truth.

If you want to accuse any brand not to mention DuelBits (which is one of the reputable gambling platforms), of being a scam, post in the Scam Accusations board with evidence to back your claim.

You won't get any help or advice if we don't know what exactly your complaint is. Like how much has not been paid? How much did you deposit, wha did you play and how much did you win?
What exactly did the support tell you when you complained to them and when was this?

Now that your thread has being moved to the right section, can you attach with screenshots of what the chat between you and the casino support and the different people they have being transfering you to, according to your OP.

And secondly, what are those personal information the casino are requesting from you? Where you able to provide them? When you begin providing such leading information to your accusation it would interest forum members to come into your case to see how it gets resolved. Duelbit casino is a big player in the gambling industry and I don't seem to understand why they would want to deny you your wins.

When you say they are asking for "personal info to prove the payments", do you mean they are asking for proof of income? Because that's the first thing that comes to mind, and in certain cases, casinos do ask for proof of income from gamblers.

Anyway, you might want to add more info about your case, like screenshots of the conversations you've had with their support. At the moment, there is barely any info on your scam accusation against dueltbits.

You haven't narrates the challenges you have duelbits, you just said make a post without a proper explanation with what transpires between and duelbits...I think we need more detail to know exactly your point and the challenges you're having with them that makes the team to be demanding for your personal information or details..So, if they can be any assistance from people who knows the way to direct you....

Secondly...if you win in duelbits and they refused to pay you, you should add proof to your statement or post, so that readers will understand exactly your claims..like these, their's no proof ...
