I don't know how accurate this data is, but if it's very accurate, then I can say that the casinos are not really being moved by all the hacks going around both casinos and exchanges being affected and their funds in their hot wallet being mostly affected. I was thinking the total amount of money they will leave in their wallet will reduce, but the casinos toppings the chart from the data says a different thing.

Another question I have is, do gamblers actually care about or check how many casinos make available in their hot wallet which will be used to process withdrawals before they patronize them or they don't care.

I have never had to check these stats before or considered this while gambling. I naturally assume that tbe various authorities responsible for casino registry and licensing must have taken this into consideration, the possibility of casinos being able to pay out won bets and the various pathways towards issue resolution.
It though stands a good stats to consider and no, the hacks wouldn’t matter much as per reasons not to have fund on their wallet.

I don't think people actually care how much money is stored in hot wallets when it comes to choosing a casinos and exchanges, though.
I believe it would make more sense to have gamblers and bettors checking Terms of Service of both casinos and bookies instead of checking their hot wallet balance instead.

I have the hunch these recent hacks against exchanges and other services won't change the way of thinking of gamblers whatsoever, they will continue to gamble on their preferred casino a long as withdrawals continue to be processed.

If casinos don't show a pattern of delayed withdrawals or have issues with people getting paid, then we really don't care what they have in their hotwallet. It's when we start seeing issues with being able to pay customers that we start questioning the solvency of the site.

I like to see casinos being transparent and giving players a little more comfort and security.

I don't think this is a common basis for gamblers whether to patronize a casino or not. It seems it's a bit odd for somebody not to patronize a casino simply because it has big amounts stored in its hot wallets.

Although it appears risky, the amounts must also be relative to its usual volume. So, a big amount amount doesn't necessarily mean it's the bulk of its overall funds. It's probably based mainly on how much they usually need to stay liquid, to make withdrawals quick.

If hacks on casino hot wallets become widespread, gamblers might begin to consider casinos' hot wallet funds as one of the bases. Surely, they don't want to choose a casino that's more exposed to bigger threats.

The reason casinos leave money in their hot wallet is to be able to honor instant withdrawal. Without the money being kept in hot wallet it will be very difficult to implement instant withdrawal. The only way casinos can move their funds to cold wallet is if they increase the time for processing withdrawals which is safer for them but will players feel comfortable with that? This will impact on their business because people want to play where they will get their withdrawals processed very fast.
