Suggestion for finding friends

I have found a nice post in x:

I think this plan can become indeed real in future – when each of these eight billion people, or at least each of these eight million people, will have their own AI agents which can serve the task of finding friends for their owners. But now I want to try a more easy way. I have a blog, where I write articles with speculations on the theory of evolution, speculations on political science, and some sci-fi stories. Now I offer 200 USD to each woman, who will simply read 10 of my articles. My aim is not dating or flirting, just finding new people who can become my acquaintances; but somehow I feel that paying the money to men for reading my blog is something not comfortable.
Probably there are only few women at this forum, but each forum member can show my thread to any woman he knows.
