Since bitcoin is a future investment, you need to make al preparations to make sure that you have what it takes on ground to prevent your bitcoin investment from premature sales when it's not of your own will. It's a must that you must take care of your basic needs and monthly expenses first before any leftover can be used to invest in bitcoin. Regardless, I know no investment gives 100% chance of making one rich but your wording is almost giving a different point. While nothing is risks free when we weigh bitcoin long term returns it's a good one but like it's expected invest what you can afford and not what will put you in tight spot due to sudden emergency or inconvenience.

Currency over here loses value every year, so keeping money in the bank it stressful, Bitcoin will help you to protect it.
But your emergency money shouldn’t be kept in Bitcoin, because if you do so and emergency come when price has dip you sell out at lost.

So emergency funds should be kept differently, long term savings for Bitcoin.

Obviously, is that even a question? I don't think that any person who knows and understands Bitcoin very well would say no to this question, because if you are sane and have thinking capabilities, you can't think that Bitcoin isn't a good way to save money for the future. I personally believe that people who are financially capable enough to keep doing DCA into Bitcoin are actually blessed, because they get to buy and hold bitcoins for a very long time without having to worry about selling their assets since they are already earning good and don't have any financial obligations to meet. If I could manage to do that, I would consider myself lucky.

So, I think Bitcoin is one of the greatest assets one can use to make investments for the future. I wouldn't say it should be used for savings, because that's a different things. Savings are funds that a person might need sometime in the future, so such funds shouldn't be in volatile assets because then you won't be able to liquidate your assets. However, if you have extra funds apart from savings, then you should definitely use those funds to buy and keep bitcoins for the future, your money will be safe from inflation and devalution, and will also grow in value over time.

Well that is one thing most investors ignore, and they put all their funds in Bitcoin without considering other assets to diversify. And they also emotional have high expectations for Bitcoin which is not healthy

So I personally will encourage individuals to diversify, it's just a way to fulfill all righteousness for risk management, and if every investment goes well you will have multiple payout from different assets

Its not a new knowledge but I guess you just grabbed it recently that bitcoin is a hedge against inflation but not a wealth transformer but a step to maintain or build the wealth you want in a gradual increase, using the different types of investments strategies not just the DCA even though DCA is the most efficient method and reliable.

However, an additional knowledge I will love you to know it that bitcoin investment is just one amongst many ways to create and maintain/sustain wealth but however it’s one of the most significant since you have totally control of your finance or how you use or manage the bitcoin unlike other investments where you have lesser say to your money. So yes you can as well learn other forms of wealth creation outside bitcoin investment to help you achieve a better bitcoin investment.

It is. Because if you're going to put it on a savings account in the bank, then it is subject still to inflation. The original amount that you'll deposit there will be lesser in value. Unlike if you put that into bitcoin, people have considered it as one of the best hedge against inflation. And that's why if you don't see it that way, you're missing a lot. We're investing in it because of the potential profitability and then it can defeat inflation, the growth that it has got has been seen able to beat inflation rate although it's also seasonal but it's all worth the wait.

Why not? In the long term, Bitcoin may be the best investment for future wealth, but it depends on how much you invest. Investing a small amount to get rich doesn't work anymore with Bitcoin. The most realistic price movement will be x2 or x3 of what the price is right now, compared to 10 years from now. Before, Bitcoin got to x30 or more. Any investor thinking it will repeat like that again is too ambitious. People complain that Bitcoin is highly volatile, meanwhile, it is the reason why Bitcoin is probably the most profitable asset over time.

Now, I have a counter question to those still has doubt who kept asking this same question ; Is the years of doubt really worthy after seeing how far Bitcoin have gone?
Well, it ain't too late yet to start today. Just like the people from 10 years ago when Bitcoin was still around less than a thousand bucks, they thought they're late, but definitely no.

So, to answer the question, for me it's a big yes. Investments always bear risk, but Bitcoin have already showed us what it's capable of. With its network continued highly active development and limited supply and increased of demand, Bitcoin value is still far from its peak from the ATH POV.

To be honest, there are many options for future savings that gives good return of investment. We have mutual funds and government bonds that gives upto 15 to 18% annual return. These are smart investment options which gives peace of mind, unlike a volatile asset like bitcoin. When I knew bitcoin newly and joined this forum, I hype it for all I do, but I am heading to 6 years of active investment in this industry, I can tell what works and what doesn't work.

If I have a huge fund to like $100k and above, I am going for mutual funds investment with steady annual return. But if I don't have a huge fund, only my petty earnings, I will use bitcoin DCA method to try and achieve similar result on the long run.
