Hi there fellow friends.

I started using Tower.bet a few days ago, and placed some low budget bets on sports events. After that, I requested a small ~90USD withdrawal that was paid fast and without any problem.

After days without using it, I made two bigger deposits to gamble on live casino, where I made some profit playing Baccarat. When I tried to withdraw this time, KYC verification was requested (all three levels), which I did and it was completed normally. All documents were accepted.

After a new withdrawal request, my account was just plain blocked and I got a weird explanation through e-mail, stating that my account was flagged by their sportsbook provider for doing "arbitrage betting" and that they would only pay me my last deposit up to 30 days. What the hell??

I did no such thing as any arbitrage betting. The only thing I did was place normal and manual bets across a few sports events, and also played on Pragmatic Play's Live Baccarat. Even though I explained them the obvious, they just kept saying that I did arbitrage betting and that was it.

I got all proofs and evidence. For everyone out there: be careful.
