I'm sharing my experience with Polymarket and its deposit infrastructure provider, Fun.xyz, because I'm extremely concerned about how my deposit has been handled.
On November 6, 2026, I transferred 480 USDT via TRON (TRC20) to my Polymarket deposit address.
The transaction was successfully confirmed on the blockchain, but the funds never appeared in my Polymarket balance.
Instead, my deposit was flagged for a compliance review, and my deposit functionality was also disabled.
What happened:
November 6, 2026, 01:35 UTC: My 480 USDT transaction was successfully confirmed on TRONSCAN.
Shortly afterward: Polymarket displayed "Your transaction is under review."
Deposits disabled: I could no longer make new deposits through Polymarket.
Over 58 hours later: My funds were still not credited, and I had received no meaningful explanation or resolution.
I contacted Fun.xyz support several times.
They confirmed that my transaction was flagged for a compliance review and assured me that my funds were safe.
However, they repeatedly told me:
They couldn't explain why my transaction was flagged.
They couldn't provide an estimated completion time.
They couldn't speed up the review.
I would simply have to wait for further updates.
Fun's own Help Center states that most compliance reviews are completed within 48 hours:
https://intercom.help/funxyz/en/articles/17748226-why-is-my-deposit-under-reviewMy transaction has already exceeded that timeframe.
I fully understand the importance of compliance checks. However, I believe users deserve clear communication when their funds are being held.
What I'm asking for:
I'm requesting that Polymarket and Fun.xyz:
Escalate my case to the appropriate compliance team.
Confirm that the full deposited USDT is accounted for.
Explain whether additional verification is required.
Clarify why my deposit functionality has been suspended.
Provide a clear path toward successful crediting or a secure refund.
I'm not accusing anyone of wrongdoing. I simply want transparency, accountability, and a reasonable resolution.
Has anyone else experienced a similar deposit compliance review with Polymarket or Fun.xyz?
How long did it take to resolve? Were your funds eventually credited or refunded?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences.
I'll update this post when there is any progress, including if the issue is successfully resolved.
