What happened:: I started an exchange on the 0trace website and sent the money. I waited for a long time, but the funds never arrived. I decided to check what was going on and saw a review saying that the service had turned into a scam. I had used this service before, and everything had always worked fine

There are already several such cases open, the 0trace owner hasn’t responded yet. We’ll hope for a positive outcome, but things don’t look very promising.

My gut feeling tells me they have exit scammed.

Question is did you swap with them directly or did you use orangefren?
If the swap was through the orangefren directory, you might want to look at this
Update regarding the 0trace situation

We have sent them an ultimatum regarding the swaps. It hasn't passed yet, but we also didn't receive a reply.

We want to process compensation as soon as possible for the users that are affected, therefore...

If you were affected by the 0trace situation, send us a claim email. We verify every case individually.

To: zerotrace_scam@orangefren.com
Subject: 0trace <your swap ID>

Code:
Swap details:
from currency amount:
from currency:
to currency:
deposit tx:
withdrawal address:

Did you do your swap via OrangeFren.com? Yes / No / Unsure

If you answered "No" or "Unsure": Did you use OrangeFren.com for earlier swaps (any instant exchange)? Yes / No
If you answered "Yes": provide all the swap details for an earlier swap that you did using our links

Attach your 0trace Letter of Guarantee (if you have it)
Attach any relevant screenshots (if available)
Attach any additional info (if you have it)

Important information:

Please send the email before the end of Sunday, November 8th.

False declarations disqualify the claim.

Payouts will be processed as follows:
Priority will be given to users that we can verify used OrangeFren.com for this swap (either via snapshots of 0trace's partner dashboard that we have access to, or via our own server logs).

If funds remain after refunding these users, the rest will be used to reimburse users who truthfully declared that they used our site in the past for any instant exchange (verified against the earlier swap details provided).

Any funds left after that will be used to reimburse users who declared that they did not use our site at all.

If your deposit or withdrawal was done via Monero, please include a view key so that we can verify the flow.

Information on deposits will be forwarded to chain forensic partners in the hope of freezing or blacklisting these funds.

Secondly, I suggest you create a trust flag on their profile - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=3751018. I will support it
