Why don't you make it your job to make this happen and go pursuade them? I think this is one example of where cash may be king, unless people start stuffing paper wallets in their knickers instead of dollar bills.

well not alot of robbers would think about asking for private keys and etc lol.  But I guess having a pc at the club can make it safe for them so there not at least carrying around cash

Here is why this wont work:

There are married men who like to visit strip clubs.
Their wife knows where they spend their BTC on but not their cash which is more or less untraceable unless marked by the police.

I do not know what the majority of married men VS single visiting these clubs is, but keeping a low profile is an issue here.

Dozens. A stripper wants her money that second. She's going to want to see multiple confirmations before she renders services. Besides, it's not going to happen... a lot of clubs charge a stage fee AND take a cut of their cash.

Some of the appeal to is actually tucking the cash in, getting out your cellphone (that has a camera, some clubs strongly discourage phones being out) to use the camera to scan a barcode just isn't appealing to either party. Especially when someone may give several singles for a stage show they watch, some more for a table dance, more for a private lap dance... hell the network fees alone would get annoying... not to mention getting your phone out potentially DOZENS of times in an hour.

Don't forget that Bitcoin can be theft-proof. Pick-pockets, muggers, even schoolyard bullies won't be able to steal your lunch money. I can see Bitcoin as being a way for parents to control their children's money and only spend it at approved places with form of debit card that requires 2 of 3 signatures.
