The only way to reduce risk is to wait 45 days between transactions. Before this, the buyer can reverse the transaction.

I'm not saying it won't work out sometimes, but I'll leave that risk for others to take.

Interesting, just tried to buy using paypal at centraw.com Did two different small transactions ($3 and $5) Price was $5.882353 per BTC I will let you know if/when they arrive in my wallet Stn, are you prepared for a massive number of charge backs as people scam you (not me by the way)? First transaction worked (0.51 BTC for $3 to 1BurtWEejbnKeBRsvcydJvsNztB1bXV5iQ) http://blockexplorer.com/tx/c76e5b7aa6f107c797ebe9cfc08cd18eb172621ba13a5208a979090aaba323ec

Guys, yes it is more expensive and we all know why. It is not the main method to buy loads of BTC. Do you complain that in grocery down the corner one unit of the product cost higher then in Makro's big bulk somewhere uptown?
Pay with any other irreversible money and you can get your BTC for 1% or even less.

My second purchase was held up by their payment processor (not PayPal - PayPal sent the funds) but I think I know why. They may check the IP address and/or the PayPal address against the Bitcoin address to make sure they match. I tried to use two different Bitcoin payment addresses from the same IP and PayPal account and that (I think) is why my second order got flagged and is being held up for manual processing. I think if you use the same payment address and PayPal account for all orders from the same IP you should be ok (maybe). At any rate the first order worked like a charm and I am now waiting for them to release the funds for the second order. I have made a third order from the same IP/PayPal but I used the Bitcoin payment address that worked the first time - will let you know how that goes.

All of my purchases finally went through! So, for now, until they get shut down by PayPal, it appears that this system does work. WARNING: I now think that the reason I am having so much trouble with their system and the reason some of my transactions are flagged by their fraud detection is that I did not always complete the PayPal portion of the transaction. In other words, in order to make sure your future transactions sail through you must always complete the PayPal part of any transaction once you start it. If you bail out before sending them the money from PayPal then it leaves an "unfinished transaction" in their system and subsequent transactions get held up by the unfinished one. The way the system works is that you go to http://www.centraw.com and then click on the big box on the right. This takes you to this page: http://www.centraw.com/?page=express On this page you enter you payment address. If you want me to get the coins then please enter 1BurtWEejbnKeBRsvcydJvsNztB1bXV5iQ Press the "Submit Query" button Select your payment method - there are, count them, 10 different ways to pay but please note that I only tested PayPal. Make your selection for the number of BTC you want to buy. Price as of this writing is $6.25 per BTC (ouch! but may be worth it to you). Press the "Buy Bitcents" button - this will open a second window taking you to PayPal. Be sure to complete the transfer from your PayPal account. Wait for your BTC.

Maybe they are getting around the PayPal "ban" on Bitcoin transactions by only selling "Bitcents" One thing is that because they are going through the paymentwall service to get to PayPal I guess technically it is paymentwall that has to deal with PayPal, right? We should start a pool over in the gambling section on how long it will take PayPal to notice this system and freeze them out. BTW their price has now gone up to $7.14 per BTC! So, I have run my last test on this system as it is costing me too much to test it.
