Hello,
is there somewhere a marketplace where I can buy bitcoins directly by using credit card or paypal?

Kind regards,
Jessi

It´s not working any more, because of Mt.Gox... but it was fun to code that time... keeping this link just for reminding... Thanks to everyone for donations done that time!

http://simplecoin.com/
http://www.mrcoins.org

You can also try bitcoin-otc.com, but it will be hard for a new user to get someone to sell you coins there. Also, you know this, right? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0

eBay is probably the easiest, but there's a bit of a premium.

You can only purchase bitcoins through paypal from someone else.

Anybody offering this to all comers is either a scam or will be quickly shutdown. (You'll notice neither mrcoins nor simplecoin actually are selling bitcoins)

You can buy physical bitcoins for credit cards at memorydealers.com/bieq.html or cc2bitcoin.com (which appears to be missing the newest kinds). Then optionally peel off the hologram and redeem the private keys at https://mtgox.com or with a client that supports importing.

mods: please move this off topic post to another board Smiley
