Last Sunday meaning the Sunday before last or yesterday? If yesterday then give it some time but if the Sunday before last then yeah it's definitely a scam!

Okay. It's the weekend. Sunday, especially. Take a deep breath. Calm down. Give them another 12 hours or do since it is now a work day to respond. You mailed them Sunday and they  didn't respond yesterday right? Give it a little more time. Does order usually complete instantly or what?

Dear goldenpay,

We apologize for that incident. We have strict rules about Bitcoin confirmations and your order was canceled automatically by the system.
We are trying to ensure the best service for our clients and our support team usually responds in less than 1 hour during working hours.
This autumn, we totally redesigned our site and now there is a ticket system in place for supporting customers. You can try it here: https://www.alfacashier.com/support

Paid for 1000USD okpay funds through my bitcoin. My order shows completed but alfacashier claims funds not received. Money has left my account to alfacashier.

When i sent screen shot to alfacashier they claim screen shot is fake but cannot prove it.

ATTENTION: Dear customers, there were lately false accusations appearing that ALFAcashier is involved in scamming. We’ve been working for quite some time and reputation means a lot for us so we want to clarify on these issues and reveal their nature.
User Deveryveen provided a screenshot with ‘completed’ status of the order 276849 (https://i.imgur.com/cD3kOBK.png).

So we’ve checked this order in our system, and in reality:
* this order was never paid by User Deveryveen  (https://i.imgur.com/zCQpVTd.png)
* wallet address associated with this order is 1LmSn3i21U1xZLHAMm53XwKwtZA9HoBJ68, you can check related transactions on blockchain, there is 0 BTC and no associated transactions: https://blockchain.info/address/1LmSn3i21U1xZLHAMm53XwKwtZA9HoBJ68

Our conclusion is: User Deveryveen tried to perform phishing/scam attack of our support system, to get funds of unpaid order via fake screenshot. Later, when he realized that his attempt was failed he decided to try to ruin our reputation by posting numerous posts with his fake screenshot on different sites.

We’ve been running ALFAcashier since 2012 and reputation means a lot for us. You can see real feedback posted by our customers: https://www.alfacashier.com/feedback.

Dear customers, we urge you to use our official support channel via https://www.alfacashier.com/support instead of posting your problems on public forums. This way you’ll get the quickest support because other resources are not checked on daily basis.

Regards, ALFAcashier team.

Dear customer.
All feedback is 100% generated by our customers, you can try exchanging at our site and leaving feedback there and see if it appears on the feedback page.

Regarding user goldenpay: he has been using our service since his thread here without any issues for quite some time (last order was in November last year), we contacted him and he should reply here soon.

I have also an issue now, but is hope it will be solved fast. I know this service since some years and never had a problem before. Now i just newly registered with this service again and everything works fine, until i changend yesterday 1.2 BTC. The order was cancelled cause the bitcoin network delivered it to slowly. I sent the BTC immidiately after i created the order, like always, but, like we all know, sometimes Bitcoin is slowly. So my question: Why you (alfacashier) have this rule about cancel orders if the BTC not arrived in 2h? A few weeks before the were a few days then it took days for some BTC sendings to procceed. You have the BTC now, i can see it in the Bitcoinexplorer with 53 onfirmations - is there no way to proceed BTC Orders automaticly if the Bitcoin network is too slowly, without asking support for help? I generated a ticked now 1h before and hope that everything will work out fine. Is my first issue and i hope it is just an accident and not what others say here, a scam...

Ok everything is fine. Half hour after my post they finished the order and apologized for the delay. I was a little bit fast with my posting but it was the biggest order in the last days for me so i was a little bit scared if they would maybe think they could earn more money if the rip me off. But wasn`t. So i will use them on in the future.

BEWARE OF ALFACASHIER, THEY SCAM AND RIPP PEOPLE FOR LIVING!

My order is saying Complete but in reality 2 weeks passed since I made the order, money has not been transferred and tickets are also useless. Feedback option for the order was disabled.

Support desk is really reckless, they simply left a message saying payment might takes 7 days then 10 days, complete lies, which is not supposed to be more than 24 hours. Really sucks cannot recommend this site. I will never come back to them.

I have been waiting with patience from 2 weeks already.

I want a deadline or just cancel it and return my BTC.

Hello, gheatza!

Really, there is a technical issue currently at withdrawal to Visa/Mastercard (USD) caused by our bank partner. We are working on this and we understand your worry about order processing delay. Right now we are checking the possibility of canceling transfer to your card and full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

ALFAcashier team

You have this issue since 1 week already, I don't care that your bank is not working anymore. You were unable to send my money in 2 weeks then you need to return my BTC balance without any argues. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO!!!

That's thoroughly unprofessional.
You need to refund bitcoin to the user rather than holding it for 2 weeks.

If there is some technical issue with your banking partner then it's your responsibility to get it resolved ASAP & even take that processor down from your site until the issue is resolved.

You have absolutely NO rights of holding user's funds for 2 weeks. Worst case scenario you take the hit & you claim that much money from your banking partner for the delay at their end but under no circumstances should your user suffer.
