Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

He's a hack launching a different shitcoin everyday

2 coins, everyday?

He was re-launching Matrix because the old dev made it shit.

He was the matrix dev and he fucked up the coin and relaunched it causing people to lose all the coins they mined.  He also launched tis coin already but made a new thread because he screwed this coin up also.  He had DarkCoin code that he didn't change.  All he's doing is taking code off of github and using find replace to change the name to his coin.  He's no developer he's a slimy shitcoin creator.

main.cpp

Your hashcoin code
  if (fTestNet)
    {
        pchMessageStart[0] = 0xfc;
        pchMessageStart[1] = 0xc1;
        pchMessageStart[2] = 0xb7;
        pchMessageStart[3] = 0xdc;
        hashGenesisBlock = uint256("0x0000028a67ce66c81632194d78caf7e2c2ba4e1173a96dc9c41546095283efd2");

I didn't know about that coin.  He just keeps cloning coins and then leaving them to die.  People mining this guys shitcoins are wasting their time.  Go mine something with a real developer and is on an exchange.  This punk is just doing this for a hobby and you are all his test subjects to debug his shitcoins as he tries to teach himself how to program.

He doesn't like criticism and sends nasty PM's to anyone that calls out his shitcoins.

Please, shoot yourself.
How is this a scam? you have no idea what the word even means, you troll every single coin launch, if you hate crypto so much, why don't you just go and suck a banker? and while you're at it, please, jump in front of a train.

Many alts from that period thrive today.  I'm interested in this coin, I just want to understand why the dev abandoned his previous project.

I had left Timecoin because I knew it wasen't what I wanted to create. It was more a test of my skills and launching and just to experience coin building in a whole and to learn Smiley

I dont believe TMC ever really went in the gutter, Source code is still available and I think the blockchain is still intact if someone put up a seednode, it just doesn't have nodes I believe and its built off an older version of Litecoin...

..Now I have made two badass coins both working great Matrixcoin and Hashcoin! Smiley

Scam trolls, what a surprise...

At least you can check the coin history of this dev, even if only partial.

You think all these other coins being launched by new "somecoin" accounts don't have a history of coin development? Or do you think not being able to see that history makes them more suitable as a developer for the one new coin you do support? if at all you do support anything new

This guy must obviously have learnt from previous mistakes. Will this be his last coin? Will this coin fail? No answers obviously, just speculation for now, like with any other new coin.

Using his public history of coin development as proof of a scam is just weak

Oh for goodness sakes, this is different, its a decent coin with a fair launch, low coins and great algo. Get in now before too late!

1) that code you quoted is Testnet specific, So I don't see a problem
2) all it is is the "Magic Number" for sending messages between nodes, If you do a port change it has no effect on the block chain, if you were to keep the same "Magic Number" and still have the cloned coins ports, then yes it would be a problem.

Just to clarify: The only similarity HASH has with CGA is that it uses the difficulty to change the block reward. And even that is pretty different. CGA has much smaller rewards, while HASH will have larger block rewards but seems the rewards fluctuate more, still trying to wrap my head around how it will play out.  Tongue

Before people waste their time mining this guys hobby coins take a look at this thread

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=560831.0

And this one

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=552713.0

He's a hack launching a different shitcoin everyday

2 coins, everyday?

He was re-launching Matrix because the old dev made it shit.

What about timecoin? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=256479.0

July 15, 2013
Sounds like 100 years ago in coins' world.

Smiley

Carsen, that Troll pulls this same crap in every single thread, just check his profile. It's gotta be some impotent fart with nothing to do but do this shit while he feels less than the worthless eunuch he is.
Just ban the fucker.

Thanks, Yea I honestly lost my cool on him quite a bit...lol...I just thought the Bitcoin community would be more accepting in general, I believe in peace at least, but yea he is way persistent and anonying...Hopefully he does get the ban hammer eventually before he ruins everyones threads and makes the Bitcoin community look bad...

You didn't lose your cool.  You had a hissy fit like a little girl you mealy faced punk.  I have the PM's to show what a pathetic child you are.  Did you cry?  Idaho boy?
