Help Selling Dogecoins Vía Paypal or BTC

Hi I have Dogecoins for sale, as I can I sell them or exchange BitCoins / Paypal safely?
I have 2 Million And while the changes for my Bitcoins,
Also I have two cars that I want to sell or trade for bitcoins but have no idea how I can safely sell.

Somebody help me, I accept any kind of advice.

If you just want to make it from Doge to Bitcoin, then use a place like bter.com or cryptsy.com.
If you want to do Bitcoin to paypal, then I can help. I need 4000$ Bitcoin.

I have a Trusted middle man that can help us if you dont trust me enought to go first
