I played through the entire withdraw requirement, and went to make a withdraw(50 points of 750 points). I'm just wondering how long it generally takes to withdraw and if there is anything I can do to speed up the process.

One of our games, Rick Rick Scratch Show's ticket price was set to 1 by software error which is wrong, instead of 10 which is right.
You can confirm this at the software provider's site, http://www.casino-del-mundo.com (Rick Rick Scratch Shows' ticket price is 10).
With the wrong ticket price of 1, it is nonsense to give up to 7500 with giving SO FREQUENT 100, 50, 40.
You recognized this error and after then played only this game hundreds of times to exploit the error.

Our terms(Below, Check it at http://www.bitvegas.eu) prohibit exploiting of the software error. You didn't report this APPARENT error and played this game hundreds of times to exploit the software error.

Since you didn't deposit any money, your account is closed immediately according to the terms.

So wait a second here! I played the game FAIRLY and won 750points and now you guys are claiming there was a bug in YOUR software now? I find this highly questionable when it was found after I tried to withdrawal my earnings! I never knew of this, it's your fault for not checking your software! I didn't know it was set to the wrong price and I tried to change it! Glad to know that it was after I tried to make a 700mbtc withdrawal that I FAIRLY won that your claiming it was a bug in your software. I will be expecting to hear proof of this in private. Thanks for scamming me Bitvegas.EU I earned it fairly. I didn't exploit anything. I played fairly on a game I thought was functioning properly on your site.

So you are a scam, he earned it fairly, if it is a system error, that is not his problem, he has the right to get everything he earned.

Casinos don't allow exploit of the software error.

After I processed the initial withdrawal request, our tech found this issue and suspended his account according to our terms and reported it to me.
And I posted the issue here to get public opinions even after I sent message to ryzombie.

It seemed apparent to our tech staff that the player recognized this error and tried to 'use' it without noticing us
by playing only the game hunderds of times and as soon as meeting the rollover, and then cashing out.

But some people might think that in this case it is somewhat unclear if his activity belongs to exploiting the software error/bug.
Maybe that's why I posted the issue here and get public opinion.

All our staffs discussed this issue more closely and also asked opinion from casino industry expert.
His winnings are very small and thus amount is not an issue.
The reason why we are careful about this is that it would set a criteria for the similar cases from now on.

We concluded that if people feel uncomfortable, that's not our way to go, and our reputation is more important than our terms.
Assuring players of being paid in any case must be our supreme priority.

Ryzombie, I am sorry for this trouble. I had to be more flexible and player-friendly unlike the tech staff, since I am in charge of user management.
We changed our process manual so that suspending user account should be approved by me in any case.

ritz casino was a scam site... i had a similar experience there.  Often with online casino software you can set how much a game pays out from the back end - to the point that it hardly pays out at all minimizing risk for the casino ( this is my theory). 

This site looks exactly like Ritz and I had a horrible experience there. 

I think the live casino is likely not a scam however you never know.

We are not related to Ritz.
I have played there and didn't have luck myself even with their huge bonus.
