It can't be #1 or #2 because it's too similar to gold/silver.

People already associate Bitcoin as gold and Litecoin as silver.

My favorite is number 4. It look stylish and modern

I would say logo 3 for a few reasons:

1. It is a closed off circle. No tilt like in logo 1 and nothing weird like with logo 4.
2. IMO, the font without the serifs looks better (as opposed to with logo 2).
3. The colors are solid. No gradients distracting the general coin.
4. The logo keeps it nice and simple. You'll be able to tell what it is from far away and distinguish it easily (the colors help even more with this).
