$4800 is a lot of money.
I take it that OP can be trusted?
Would do it if there is a way to ensure the transaction will go smoothly.

yes, it is much trouble to go withdraw money from ATM, gather all money, find WU location, go to said location, etc.
Sorry I don't live next to my bank or WU.
you are asking someone to go through all these trouble for a $5 fee?
a few people have $5000 laying around, and much less would do it for next to nothing.

BEWARE.
OP and I exchange a lot of PMs.
Many times he is calling me a "troller" for not replying him instantly. I had to slow down the PM, b/c I was hitting the 10 PM per hr limit.
Every time when there is a slight half hr delay in replying his messages, he would call me a troller again.
Sounds to me like he is so eager to convince someone to transfer huge $ to him via WU, which is a ONE WAY transaction. Once you send the money, its GONE.

OP first offered $1020 per $1000 transferred. For everyone in the US, transferring via WU to UAE cost $20 in transaction fee. When I state I wouldn't do it for nothing, he called me a troller.
Then I offered $1040 per $1000 transferred, so at least I get $20 or 2% for my troubles. A slight delay, and once again I am a troller.
Due to his eagerness to get me tranfer him the funds, it start to sound to me like he is a scammer.
I then countered offered his to pay half upfront, then I do the full transfer, and then he pay me the remaining half. His response is NO.
Another sign of a scammer action.

How to detect a scammer:
1. Calling other people troller when they didn't act fast enough
2. Very eager to get you transfer him money
3. Sounds very desperate

bitcoinTrader might be a trusted member here, but someone could have hacked his username here.
I suggest others to at least ask for a SCREENSHOT of his MtGox account, at least making sure he has the funds.
But then again, there is no way to tell is bitcoinTrader has turned a scammer himself, or if a scammer took over his account.

Screenshots can easily be faked.  Save url, save web page, replace "0.00000" with "5,000.00000" or something, reopen web page, put the url in the address bar.

i think its a case of he thinking you are time-waster / scammer and you thinking the same of him.

Well, not everyone is checking this forum every minute. A 30 min delay to reply a PM seems VERY reasonable to me. But I don't know about the culture in UAE.

I had already told I wont go first in any case.
I dont want to risk, since I am cashing out most of my coins.

You were all along trying to make me sound as scammer.
And you were the one who wanted more discount, not me.
You were the one who told 20$ isnt worth anything for the trouble.

Anways, I think I will use mtgox withdrawal now.

It cost $19.99 to transfer the money. You said you are paying $20. Do you really thing $0.01 is enough for me to risk $1000?
Might as well throw the money away.
OP is totally unrealistic. He don't want any risk, while he want other people to risk $1000 for $0.01 profit.
Scammer scale 1-5? I rate 999.
