Is the charge for wire transfer including your bank charges and intermediary bank charges?

Hi there,

For international wire transfers, we send our wires as SHA (shared) fees, which means we pay our side of bank charges and intermediary bank charges, and the customer pays their receiving bank charges and intermediary charges (if any).

I am trying to deposit Mt Gox code to Aurumxchange but it won't let me, it says the maximum I can deposit with a Mt. gox code is negative 600-something dollars.

What issues if any and even if very rare do any of your customers face that differ from the ideal flow?

However, there are limits when withdrawing out with the Cash card in the ATM right?

Yes, there are limits imposed by the issuing bank (not us). The limits are:

- $10,000 load maximum per month on the card.
- $1,000 as two $500 withdrawal maximum per day.

However, you also have a limit of $1,000 retail AND $1,000 online purchases per day. So theoretically if you use it to make all your purchases as well, the limit would be $3,000 per day.
