If you check the service section you will find both websites and individuals renting out hashing power. you should choose carefully though as some might be scams/not perform the work you want.

Huh ... it seem that I've found out just what I was looking for ... NiceHash.com ... I really like the idea to only rent hash power on demand and to be able to set my own prices (just the way I do when trading coins) ... and of course to be able to switch the algos ... I saw the announcment here ... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=562238.0 ... I'll definitely give it a try!
