Nope. Just don't see why a German speaking guy would want to live in The Netherlands. Germany is way and way cheaper (and he would have to learn Dutch, which is a fucked up language to learn).

Fucked up to learn for sure still I wish I could at least understand it. I love reading the NL instructions of electronics. From reading it appears like the most fucked up mixed dialet of german and english. Well I have to correct myself: The most fucked up german dialect is the stuff people speak in the Eifel.

I found OP's post on reddit regarding the same person but not a lot else. If you post the email address there's a lot of ways on finding what other services / sites it's been used in conjunction with. Other than that you could try 4chan - they'd probably troll you to death but depending on what mood their 'hive mind' is in i've seen them pull up all sorts of information on individuals with only a photograph and nothing more.

Also try Reddit again. The more you keep his picture in the public eye the better chance of someone recognising him. Despite the sheer amount of people in the world I'd argue you do have a good chance of tracking the guy down with the photo given enough perseverance and crowd sourcing.

I don't have to tell to you be careful before you start paying people that claim to have info on the guy. I imagine you might get a lot of people trying to scam you.
