Update regarding OpenSSL vulnerability

Dear Bitstamp Clients,

Bitstamp is now secure from the reported OpenSSL vulnerability.

Account registration and login functionality have been restored. All API keys have been reset. Finally, withdrawals will be restored by 8:00 GMT tomorrow.
