Try emptying your armory appdata folder insuring you have a backup then restore

Grab the fix log for that wallet and make a ticket. You'll find it in your Armory datadir folder, it'll have a folder named after your wallet's unique ID.

I just updated to Armory 0.91 on OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 and got the same error right after opening Armory.

"Wallet Corruption Found!!!"

Now it's scanning the blockchain, only then can I try to 'fix the wallet'.
