In turbo/38GH mode 320-340 watts this unit will not be profitable after next weeks difficulty jump.

I cancelled my order. search in aliexpress for "Block Erupeter" and you will see a ton of them with the exact same description and pictures. Not sure if any of them are legit but I don't see how all of them could be.

I highly doubt 38 gh/s is 60 dollars. $1.57 a gh seems a little too good for a smaller miner. Be very cautious

Even at $60 USD, it's not worth it.
Over 300W and it'll never ROI unless you have free electricity.

I will be running it at work so essentially free power. more of a hobby than to make money and it's the kind of thing we are into being a financial company.
I've got one ordered and waiting for the seller to ship. so far no response, which isn't completely unexpected.
One has to ask though, why bother selling it if the buyer protection and escrow of aliexpress stops him from being able to rip me off. At the very least he has to send it and it has to be able to mine at 38Gh/s or I get my money back.
Seems like a waste of time for him and minimal risk for me.

You're going to get just a box.
Seller will claim it's as advertised because the title clearly says box and your money is gone.
This is a really common scam.
