Its a rip off to scammers looking to unload stolen accounts and cards. Anyone can get a fake ID and cards, stolen accounts. That seems why these new buy btc by credit/paypal are limited to 25 bucks or so. Hopefully a trust system can be implemented to purchase larger amounts

What exactly are you trying to say? "Its a rip off to scammers"? What? If anything, scammers are doing the ripping off. Bitcoin Insanity is the only one taking the risk. There are fraud detection methods set in place to prevent that from happening.

Well scammers are going to be using stolen credit cards with different names and are behind proxies, so no, they cannot be exposed.

What a strange conversation this thread is having. People griping about marked up prices when clearly this service provides a convenience you won't get anywhere else without giving up your obscurity entirely. Try looking at Coinbase's revised TOS, which basically bends you over backwards and searches your pockets for everything. Even Coin.MX is somewhat loose when it comes to protecting your privacy.
I gave the service a try yesterday and bought the smallest amount 0.014 BTC for $10. The first confirmation arrived in my wallet within three minutes. If had bought that on something like Coinbase, I would have had to wait for 4-5 business days before I saw that coin! Ever since Coinbase started being an IRS lapdog, and sucking up to the central bankers I dumped them and have been looking for an alternative. Since I don't make HUGE BTC purchases all at once, this service is absolutely perfect for me!
It minimizes my risk in dealing with purchasing BTC: makes it easy, convenient and FAST!

Unfortunately, with the nature of accepting reversible payment methods with bitcoins, I have to keep the limits and margins where they are at now. I hope that in the coming weeks, when I have more data to analyze, I am able to raise limits with smaller margins. Until then, it is what it is.

Interesting. Can you do the opposite? Sell Bitcoins for cash directly to your CC/Paypal?

Successfully bought 0.044BTC for 25$ - took around 2 hours but I suppose that's only because I ordered two hours before weekend opening hours.

Also, the long awaited SSL cert on the login and checkout pages are up. We are changing terminals to Authorize.net which should be up tomorrow!
