What exchange is the best to trade bitcoins for US dollars and the withdraw to a bank account.  Thanks.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

k, you can take a look on the wiki for a few. U can trade on the OTC Market, MtGox, TradeHill, VirWoX, etc. You will have to gradually build up some experience with them at start, and see what suits you best.
There is no ultimate exchange for bitcoins, it's a very competitive market, kind of a wild wild west  Smiley
