I am drafting a bitcoin lottery system, where the profit would go to other bitcoin projects that works with get bitcoin to be accepted  by mainstream people. I need your help to the following:

I need you to come with examples of websites with good looking design that you think suits a online lottery. It should rather be simple than complex but should have a effect that invites you to play, and not gives negative vibes and you quiukly lives the site. This is also not a gambler website. This so a general website developer can design the general front end design

I will soon post the official white paper regards to how the service should work technically, scheduled  IPO and a chance for you to come with advices how the site should work also. But please you can also feel free to discuss what kind of lottery concept would make you to play on regulary basis.

Appreciate your views and any help   Cheesy

PS.Even I have available domain names, if you have suggestions please come with them (before suggestion check if they are free and available to register, .com and .org are preferable due to the universal use that can be applied).

What are you planning to use for the website and backend?
Completely custom script or some ready to go themes, scripts, etc?

If you take a look here this is the OLG ontario lottery gaming website; http://www.olg.ca/index.jsp
Everything is so jumbled up with so much text it hurts my eyes. Stay away from this

http://www.powerball.com/pb_home.asp
A bit better, but even still too bland.

better;
http://www.ozlotteries.com/
http://australianlotto.com/

A good bitcoin one:
http://satoshi36.com/

These are just some examples for the actual site layout not the lotto system you are talking about!

Cheers

Regards to website front end and back end (general site template) it does not matter if it is a customscript or a ready theme/script or a hybrid). As long as it works and the design look are approved.

Of the options you pasted the satoshi36.com is favorable. I also found this general design favorable: http://bitcoinowl.com/. But in general there in content and setup of some of the subpages must be custom setup and design.
