the US cards yes, but Z cards wont work for paypal withdrawl in the UK country only in countries that allow card to card withdrawl transfer |

For the Z cards we can put a name on them, if you dont want a name or a number then you dont have to get it. Its suppose to be anonymous. The card is activated at the ATM and change of pin at the ATM. There is only a private iban number for the Z cards if you wanna load it for bank, the only way they can be loaded is with paypal withdrawl, bank transfer to private iban or bitcoins.
