No documents required, if you lose it, then we can get them replaced, the Z cards cant be replaced

What about the (Z card) account number, format? PLN cards have PLXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, so it's 28 char length
Is it USD bank or something

the US cards yes, but Z cards wont work for paypal withdrawl in the UK country only in countries that allow card to card withdrawl transfer |
