It is published by Cooper Press, which is responsible for awesome newsletters such as javascriptweekly.com and rubyweekly.com

The format is the same.

I like the newsletter. Thanks a lot for providing it. For anybody interested, here a list of newsletters on bitcoin. If you ask me, there is a market niche for a newsletter with some proprietary content:
