@OP , you're pretty mad for accepting PayPal here. Be aware that you'll probably face tons of chargebacks from punk customers in the next days.. When some activity (PayPal to BTC) isn't already done by another businesses , you should ask yourself you why

When you try to buy bitcoins, paypal is not an option to pay anymore, despite stated on the website, probably because of the chargebacks/locked accounts

You know what's strange? That lenkug even if he logged in a few hours ago, did not reply to you... (he wrote this post like "I found this place, I think it's reliable", but it's obvious that's managed by himself)

UPDATE: I received a phone call and was told the BTC was sent. I checked and verified it, and received an apology. They followed through after all.

Maybe they were just "offline" or busy with family/work issues. Good

this service is really risky that you started as if someone bought bitcoins from you through paypal then reverse the amount you will get nothing.

Well, I placed an order 9-17-2014, and the only option I was given was to deposit cash into their account.
I deposited the cash (and emailed them a photo of my receipt) and I have heard nothing. I have contacted them three ways through email on their contact page, through their online "Contact Us form" and a direct email response to their email letting me know that I ordered. No response.... for four days. I am thinking scam now...
Caveat emptor!

I placed an order on 9-11-2014 for $25 worth of Bitcoin and emailed them twice now and have heard nothing back at all. Order: #5461
Today is a Sunday so I will try to call them in the morning, I guess.

Well I just got done calling them and the phone number just rang and rang and rang. So I now conclude that Bitcoin Insanity is a scam and will make sure to share my experience with everyone that I know. I also ordered some BTC from CoinBase and it took 4 days, but they came through, unlike the Bitcoin Insanity scam. Let this be a warning to anyone else considering ordering from the scam site know as http://www.bitcoininsanity.com/They will steal your money quick and not respond to emails or phone calls.

So, what's the final conclusion? Scam or not? And could this site be used if you're a buyer from Europe?

I think it's a scam. Some folks on here said they had some luck but I have heard nothing after sending them multiple emails and calls. My order is just on hold forever and ever. They say on their FAQs that they will sell to anybody, anywhere, with a valid credit card, but I would not chance it if I were you. Don't want to derail the topic but CoinBase has came through for me every time.

Still nothing. No response by email or phone, again. I can only concluded that Bitcoin Insanity is a scam. At least they only ripped me out of $25. Glad I didn't try to buy more form the crooks. Once again, I used CoinBase and they came through.
