cgminer wrong timestamp?

Hi guys, I am solo mining an alter-coin and find a problem of timestamp.

cgminer report find new block on 10:45 while the client show the block time is 10:43 that means almost 2 mins less.

This problem happend on cgminer 3.1.1 and 3.7.3 on two PC and both PC have same and correct time.

If two block were found within two mins then the first block have wrong time while the second one have correct time.

Can anyone help me on this?

the alter-coin client is based on litecoin client 0.8.6
