The two websites seem to handle the concept of a multisig output differently.

blockchain.info sees the following two transactions as creating 0.00012 BTC outputs for the address:
https://blockchain.info/tx/e2417f5766af3b3512bbd40c38c0f82780a91d8fe3381c5224e1f39d7e1137a6
https://blockchain.info/tx/ccb77c123691b4f1965b3d24bd08a051b52ac0a36a0e0fcb7b8abee4d8a2fbd5

And therefore includes that 0.00024 BTC in the total balance for the address.

blockr.io sees the following two transaction as creating 0.00012 BTC outputs that are not included in the balance of the address when it calculates it:
http://blockr.io/tx/info/e2417f5766af3b3512bbd40c38c0f82780a91d8fe3381c5224e1f39d7e1137a6
http://blockr.io/tx/info/ccb77c123691b4f1965b3d24bd08a051b52ac0a36a0e0fcb7b8abee4d8a2fbd5

Deciding which one is wrong will depend on how you think those multisig outputs should be handled.
