Very simple. First promise that you are going to pay off all the outstanding debts of Mt Gox (that means 650K - 200 K = 450,000 Bitcoins). Then make it clear that you are going to pay an additional BTC2 for the Mt Gox interface and the software. Forward this proposal to the Japanese Supreme Court. Consult a Japanese attorney if you need any help.
