The draw is provably random through blockchain bitcoin :
When a raffle is full, and that all tickets were distributed, the system waits for the hash of the next block issued by the blockchain and convert it into
a digital base.
It is impossible to predict the next blockchain hash , and therefore , it is unlikely to deduce the number of winning a lottery .
The code (PHP) is available on each raffle at the end of the page. Anyone can check the result of a draw.
