This coin has everything I'm looking for.  It seems to be very well thought out. They have a very nice web site. If the quality of the coin software and the support is as good as what I've seen so far, this coin should be a winner. I'm looking forward to mining it.

I disagree. It is only going to be mined for 2 weeks, so script is fine. If they did change it they would have to delay the launch, to work on the code and test it afterward, which would take time. With this very short mining time this is already a very energy conserving coin, much more so than the non POS coins with these other algorithms.

Come on, the mining period is two weeks only. If your rigs can't mine this (after the only mined scrypt coins anyway), then just go and chose a different coin. I would agree with you if this would be a only PoW coin - but it isn't. And it is not worthwhile to change the basic principle of the coin in the last minute.

Sorry spring is here and scrypt coins run way too hot...  Sticking to the X11 coins.

there is no point in mining this ever, because first 1000 block give you only 1/100, by the time we reach 1k blocks, asic with 250MH/s farm will rape this coin so bad is not even funny
