I appreciate your transparency because these results are horrible! This lines up with the 2 machines I got from another vendor, ~760gh and ~1400w EACH on 220v.

What frequency are you using ? The specification of the Avalon 3 is the following: Voltage (V / 10000) Frequency (MHz) Hashrate (GHs) Watt on wall(W) Memo 6625 400 710 668 ECO mode 6625 450 800 822 Default 6750 475 840 911 Turbo mode 7000 500 890 1037 Winter mode 7250 525 930 1186 For testing (You on your own risk) 7250 550 970 1235 For testing (You on your own risk)

475M is the frequency i set, the hash rate shown locally is about 810G, and the temperature of three modules is 58,58,64 respectively

Correct. hi bob i have learned from the factory that the power usage is about 1000w, have you tested by yourself that the powerusage is 1400W?

wait he said, "~760gh and ~1400w EACH on 220v. " ... isn't 220v double the wattage consumption as 110v??? Thats too much power being use just too much , ....Please explain.

AVALON 3 theoretical specs:
freq 475 hash 840 power 911
AVALON 3 real specs:
freq 475 hash 755 power 1400
I hope those numbers are related to the fabrication and not to the asic design.
If it's performance is due to the asic then we have one less competitor in the market.
In alibaba I saw some 1TH Avalon machines, but I'm not sure they are real.

ask bob what his psu is. He sold some low cost server psu's to me and they would use 423 watts on one ant miner s-1 at 393 freq clocking. while a seasonic 760 watt platinum runs the same psu with 373 watts. now the seasonic was 149usd and the server psu was 69usd so the efficiency shortage is okay. but the watts are a lot different. 423/373 = 1.134 while 1400/911 = 1.536 So even if he tested with two server psu's it should be 1034 watts. BTW I did a hosting deal with the op at this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=576844.msg6296463#msg6296463 A pretty good deal if you are going into the summer and would need to cool the gear with ac.

No, we'd be dirt poor from paying from electricity in that case in the 220v part of the world. It's all transformed down to 12V. 1400W for each machine is pretty horrible performance for something that barely hovers above 700 Gh/s. Like 6+ months old tech bad.
