Have some newbie questions.

What does this divergence show? And is this a divergence at all? Chart has 2 days timeframe.
How can the Bitcoin system be changed?

The RSI is bearish, but not overbought.  MACD could inflect up or down from here.  Also consider the slope of the lows after the spike.
