Slovakia is listed in the drop down menu here https://dialcoin.com/ so it could be what you are looking for.

Prices seem exorbitant though.

Ok, urcite sme sa nepochopili, resp ja som nepochopil ako sa da 'poslat' kredit, predpokladam ze to je klasicky prepaid gsm (o2, t-mo, orange) a to netusim ako sa da zuzitkovat.

Nie, ja myslim, sluzby su vseliake, ktorymi vies zaplatit kreditom z vlastneho telefonu a to by som ja zaplatil a dostal primeranu sumu bitcoinov.
