Yes, all cards are issued by bank. You just need to load it and can be used in shops or online. If You want, there is option to personalize cards - there will be Your name & surname instead of 'prepaid card'. But additional fees can be charged (5$) and You will need to wait up to 15 days before I'll get it and send.

ING Maestro or Pekao Mastercard (soon Visa) are availiable for preorders. Regular price for Ing is 35$, Pekao 20$. While Children's Day promo is valid there is 5$ discount on both card. There is 1 day delay with shipping Ing Card and there can be up to 7 days delay with Pekao - I need time to get them.
