I shouldn't have to wait this long for cigarettes and would've never ordered at all if I thought it would take longer than a week.

I fail to understand what's your problem. We are still sticking to our promises and deadlines so far, why are you so whiny?

Have you read our information pages before ordering or not? Please do not order from us again until you do. I don't even feel like apologizing now and explaining you why the shipping can take so long. Feel free to call this bad customer service.

Sorry to rain on your parade Blazr, but I've been receiving(and my friends) packages from cigs.eu at least once a week and usually they only take 1 week to get here, sometimes even less than a week, just like the last one I got that was sent wednesday and arrived last monday.

Definitely not a scam. Blame the postal service for the delays.

We're constantly striving to get hold of new brands, but at this point no, we don't have it. Sorry! We will be listing rolling tobacco soon, so keep an eye on us

To be honest, that is a mystery for us as well! From what we have been told at the postal office, the Moldovan outward flow of letters and parcels is so tiny that they fly the plane only when it's full, to make it economically viable. I know this sounds ridiculous (and stone-age), haha, but unfortunately it looks like we can't do anything about it! .. Except maybe filling them up ourselves, which we will gladly do, with a bit of your help

Does anyone have any information on taxes and stuff when you ship to European countries? (In my case Holland). If I would just have to pay the price on the site it would indeed be cheap, but if there would be additional taxes..

How long did you have to wait?
I've pretty much given up on my cigarettes ever turning up and I'm out 21BTC as a result.
