Yeah Maru is awesome!

It does look like network hash is on the rise though, hence lower block rewards.

I'm mining all I can for now, I'm sure it'll pay off.  Still can't believe people are selling this low... you'll regret it!

From what I've seen, the block reward seems to be totally random.

I also can't get the forumula to work..

Block reward is controlled by: 444444444/(((Difficulty+2600)/9)^2) starting from block 2000, we expect CPU's before Block 2000, so reward is higher.

not sure what that is suppose to mean.. math ain't my strong suit.

maybe his implementation / code is buggy and needs fixing ?

21x 65536 = 1376256
+2600 = 1378856
divided by 9 = 153206.2222222222
multiplied by 2 = 306412.4444444444

444444444 divided by 306412.4444444444 = 3263.575018348544 MARU

I think you should be looking at (we are still not at block 7000 and difficulty is lower than 75)
nSubsidy = (22222.0 / (pow((dDiff+51.0)/6.0,2.0)));

(21+51)/6 = 12
12^2 = 144
22222/144 = 154.3194444444

and 2.5% from that goes to charity

It is true that as soon as the first X11 multipools arrive, this coin will probably hold strong as it is mined in a different way and can't be multimined (yet)
