3.lv3 user 3 shares/person(50):
   a)BTT requirement :150 post+,high quality, before 2014/3/1.
   b)Facebook require:exist more than 3 months, 15 post+ 20 friends+

4.lv2 user 2 shares/person(80):
   a) BTT requirement : Jr. Member 80+posts ,high quality,exist before 2014/3/1.
