There are many people that have yahoo account but don't have bitcointalk account so do they also have to start crying that they can't have any free coins? There is also so much people that don't have any internet access so please Information-Coin reveal your post address so that kind of people could send you mails about bitcointalk-account requirement. ITC have this requirements, if you don't meet them you can buy ITC later on exchange if you care so much about it. Starting price will be fractional cause dumpers. What's the problem? ITC is coin for facebook AND bitcointalk users. IMO it's still a large group of people.

Also the wallet was published in the OP and the address will be locked in the blockchain, so nobody has access to this address. The total amount of coins will be simply reduced from 1 billion coins to 800 million coins.
