Admin is looking into issues with Coinroll.

Admin wants to move to ticket system integrated with internal staff chat. He's also hiring developer. There was only 1 admin working part time and me doing PR here. Admin has had habit of making up for support delays generously, I'm sure he'll take good care of that. Delays should improve in near future.

In the meantime, anyone that has problem can add me on skype. I need to ask few questions and I'll forward all info to admin.

Dear players, lately some users claimed theft of their balance on Coinroll. We are aware of that and we’re running full audit and trying to determine if users were compromised or if there was a breach at Coinroll. We are now taking measures to increase security and taking all precautions necessary.

For users with a balance and an account created before 7 Apr 2016, we strongly recommend you to contact support@coinroll.com and request password change and support will help you to change it.
To proceed with a password change, you need sign with the first address you’ve made a transaction with to your Coinroll deposit address. For anyone without a balance, we recommend you use a new account in the future.

We took some basic security checks, going with OWASP top ten guide and securing Coinroll to prevent future thefts and we will be adding two factor authentication option in the future to Coinroll for withdrawals as well. We will update once we know more about what happened. In any case, we wish security to be at its best both server side and user side. No users funds are compromised other than the few claims of stolen balance. We will keep withdrawals AND deposits disabled until investigation is done to be sure all balances remain safe.

What's going on with deposits and withdrawals? It's been 30+ hours and I still cannot withdraw. Deposits are also still down. I have email support twice and have gotten no response..

They are quite trusted so i don't think you have to worry much about withdrawal. May be they are going through some maintenance, i also used to play there for long time and never got such issue before.

That is what I thought. But after seeing numerous complaints able no response and the inability to withdraw. It's just odd. You'd think he would respond. Or update the news page on his site. Last thing he wrote is that urgent maintenance was done. He has not said a word since. I've never had an issue with him before, so I just strikes me as being odd.

Yeah I thought that is strange. But maybe there were never any issues before, so there was really no need for discussion-until now...who knows.

Yeah I thought that is strange. But maybe there were never any issues before, so there was really no need for discussion-until now...who knows.

Stable sites like primedice and betking are always bumped in the first or second page in gambling section, I doubt this site will continue or not, their campaign pays lower than others' as well. Maybe they need more advertisers

Signature campaign is not a guarantee to make a site get big traffic. In this case, coinroll have a good sign campaign but the owner is a bit lazy to bump this thread. Campaign without any other efforts to advertise the site will be useless IMO, Namworld should be more actively bumping this thread and answer as fast as possible if there is an issue/question.

Signature campaign can't guarantee but still it is needed to attract many people. Actually bumping is really not useful thing to do because it will attract people on what your site really is, that means if you keep bumping people will see this as not interesting site. This is what i think to attract more people, you really need to solve some issues and more bankroll to keep big whale to join here. Big winning will attract more people too

some time ago I often see coinroll ads on some  advertisers maybe the players come from there imo

Yeah what gets me is he's gone rouge. You'd think he would have someone checking at least once every other day to see what is going on. When he completed his "maintenance" on 1/24/17. Immediately following the "maintenance"  we were all unable to withdraw our coins still. So that tells me he must know. What's the point of making a support help desk feature if you don't review the emails at least every other day?  Cry

Plus. His last login time was yesterday at 1 in the afternoon. So no response is unacceptable. Not a single peep. He's clearly logging on.
