It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I'm using it right now.  It will do upto 1300 core OC.  Downclocking is a little wonky with cards other than the 7970.  It works with my 5850, but my mem has to be applied at 500(lowest) then once applied you can go lower.
