I sent some coins yesterday but there is no trace of this transaction ID.  I'm confused as to what's going on...

Had you updated your wallet after the hard fork? If not, update the wallet. Back up your wallet.dat, download new wallet.

Yes, I believe so, but I'm not 100% certain.  If it wasn't synced am I screwed?  I tried -salvagewallet to no avail, but since there are confirms I didn't think this would work anyway...

I added a screenshot in case that helps.

This method probably works.

Back up your wallet.dat first.

Edit the shortcut to the client and add -salvagewallet to that line after the executable.

Example
C:/......./CinniCoin/CinniCoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet

Then double click the shortcut.

bad idea.  salvagewallet is meant only for a corrupted wallet.dat.   and the new wallet that it creates will only have the addresses that have transaction history.

If you are looking for missing coins, then first confirm those addresses have them on the official blockchain info website for cinni.  Whatever is shown there is official and current status of the blockchain and addresses.

Im owner of CinniCoin.ru and Cinni.ru domains. Going to make Russian mirror for this coin (and translation of wallet), so i have some questions.

- ToDev team - can i make a full mirror of the official site (from your sources)?

- Need to be the CinniCoin.ru and Cinni.ru names for one site, or for different (and where point that names) sites?

- Also i need a Ru -> En translator (my english is so weak), for helping with translations of news and articles.

And, one more thing, i have to ask my painter for make some artworks. He going to start this weekend.

Is there a way to resync from within the debug window?

No.  To properly resync, delete everything in Cinni data folder except wallet.dat.  Make a backup of your wallet.dat while you in there to another location.  Then restart Cinni wallet and it will resync from start.

Figured out my problem.

I had updated my wallet, however, I didn't delete the original blockchain. 

So then I backed up my wallet.dat and deleted all the files from C:\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\CinniCoin

Restarted wallet, and waited wall the entire chain was dl and synced.

When it came back my coins reappeared.  PHEW.

It is showing the address it's sent to, but nothing has gone, or been received at Mintpal. It's a little concerning and would appreciate anyones help.

These issues certainly need to be fixed by the entire industry before Mom and Pop use them everyday.

Try these two methods  

Method one:

Back up your wallet.dat first.

Edit the shortcut to the client and add -salvagewallet to that line after the executable.

Example
C:/......./CinniCoin/CinniCoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet

Then double click the shortcut.

Method two:
