It is very bad... but on first day of launch it's hard to spread hashing out with the chaotic shifts... Though always best for miners to try to pick good pools with smaller hashing... You get more coins.. just less frequently so it will even up and help secure the blockchain and make it more reliable.

After 3 months PoW mining, there will be 1 billion PoW coins generation. Afterwards there will be some small number of PoW coins continue to be generated (at 10 coin/block). The PoS generation is 10%. No maximum PoS coins.
